What is Membership Tracking
In patientNOW's Cloud Version 7.0.182, we've added new functionality to allow you to track Membership Discount Programs. Note: this version does not support membership plans which are based upon a set combination of procedures and products each month. This functionality will be supported in a newer version.
When combined with our powerful SecurePayNOW automated credit card charges, your Membership Plan can automatically generate revenue for your office!
Configuring Memberships
Before you can sell and manage your plans, you must configure the discounts that will apply to each plan and then configure the plan. For additional information, check out Configuring Memberships.
This requires specific access rights, so if you don't see it, check with your Office Administrator.
Selling a Membership
Once your membership plans are configured, you may begin generating Quotes for Memberships and actually selling them on the Invoices tab. For additional information, check out Selling a Membership
Managing Memberships
Once you have begun selling membership plans, you will want to check the Workflow | Task List, Membership tab on a regular basis to see if you have plans that have become inactive, or have payments coming due or declined payments. For additional information, check out Managing Membership Plans.
Reporting on Membership Plan Activity
To monitor the health of your membership plans, you should run the Membership Summary in reportNOW | Conversion & Retention tab at least monthly. For additional information, check out Pivot Table Definition - Membership Summary.
Canceling a Membership
